Returns & refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) on standard catalogue parts. The period starts the day you (or someone you appoint) receive the goods.
How to return
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return — email info@chargertech.nl with your order number. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Connector housings, terminals and seals must be in their unopened bags where applicable.
We refund the full product price plus the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment), using your original payment method.
Not covered by the right of withdrawal
- Custom wiring looms and other made-to-spec work — produced to your specification (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
- Cut-to-length goods — wire, cable, heat-shrink and sleeving cut from the reel to your specified length.
Defective or wrong items
If we sent the wrong item or something arrives damaged or defective, the above does not apply: contact us and we cover the return shipping and replace or refund immediately. Your statutory warranty rights (wettelijke garantie) are unaffected.
