Shipping

All orders ship from our workshop in the Netherlands via DHL with tracking.

• Orders placed before 14:00 on working days ship the same day (stocked items).
• Netherlands: €6,95 · free over €150 · typically 1–2 working days.
• Belgium: €10,95 · free over €150 · typically 1–3 working days.
• Germany: €12,95 · typically 2–4 working days.
• Rest of the EU: €14,95 · all other EU countries, including Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and Scandinavia.
• Outside the EU: €19,95 · including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Cut-to-length goods (wire, heat-shrink, sleeving) may add a working day for processing. Custom looms are shipped insured, or can be collected from the workshop by appointment; the lead time is stated in your quote.

If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and contact us within 48 hours — we'll sort it out.
